On Saturday October 5, BJJ Black Belt under Master Marco Alvan, Professor Brian Ellis will be in Northampton Massachusetts to teach the morning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu sessions! Four days per week our MMA Cardio training gathers beginner and expert level athletes for focused, controlled, safe, fun training at Team Link Northampton! Thai pads, focus mitts, Kicking pads, heavy bags, long thai bags, medicine balls, yoga balls, resistance bands, you name it! Our class is fun and interactive plus educational for beginners as they learn to coordinate themselves and train safely! If your goal is to train one or two times per week, or come to all of our sessions, our diverse team of experienced coaches will help you meet your goals!

Team Link Northampton Competition Training Proven Results.

On October 6, 2020 we start our next slate of Sunday Competition Training in Northampton Massachusetts. Normally, our competitors unite at our Academy for intense, safe, strategic, training on Sundays leading up to Tournaments. Sometimes Coach Gary takes our Team outdoors for runs or sprints. This Sunday, our Competition Team will take part in the

2019 Superhero Run: 10K Run, 5K Walk/Run taking place in Northampton, MA.

Our current focus will be the IBJJF New York Fall Open GI/NoGI which takes place in New York, NY on November 16th and 17th, 2020.
