New kids classes and new kids class schedule

Starting the week of Monday, March 18, 2019, Team Link Northampton is changing the schedule of our kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes.

The Academy will now have two separate kids classes, based on age.

Classes for kids age 4-8 are Monday and Wednesday at 5:00p.m.

Classes for kids age 8 and up are Tuesday and Thursday at 5:00p.m.

Exceptions are made for children with an appropriate size/weight and maturity in their technique on a case-by-case basis, by permission of the coach.

All kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes at the academy are 1 hour. The class consists of warm ups, drills, stretching, technique, sparring and martial arts related games.
